We are in-network with most PPO insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem/Blue Cross and Medicare. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and better understand any out-of-pocket costs, such as copays, deductibles, or non-covered services, as not all treatments are included under traditional medical insurance.
For patients without insurance—or those who prefer upfront pricing—we offer discounted self-pay rates when paid at the time of service. With the rise of high-deductible plans, coverage limits, and co-pays, many patients find that paying directly can save money. We charge an annual practice fee of $200 per patient. To help us make the most of your visit, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary check-in or paperwork. This ensures we can focus entirely on your care during your scheduled time.
