Practice Membership

Payment Options

We charge an annual practice membership fee of $200 per patient. This annual fee allows us to spend more time with each patient, ensuring thoughtful, personalized care. In traditional family medicine, visits often last just 10–15 minutes—not nearly enough to address complex or meaningful concerns. That’s why we schedule most appointments for 30 minutes or longer, giving you the time and attention you deserve. To help us make the most of your visit, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary check-in or paperwork. This ensures we can focus entirely on your care during your scheduled time.

To make care accessible and flexible, we offer three payment options:

Insurance billing (we’re in-network with most PPOs and Medicare),
Discounted self-pay rates for those without coverage
Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership, offering flat-rate, unlimited access to core services.

This structure allows you to choose the payment model that best fits your needs and preferences.

We are in-network with most PPO insurance plans and Medicare for primary medical care services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage and better understand any out-of-pocket costs, such as copays, deductibles, or non-covered services, as not all treatments are included under traditional medical insurance.

For patients without insurance—or those who prefer clear, upfront pricing—we offer discounted self-pay rates when paid at the time of service. With the rise of high-deductible plans, coverage limits, and co-pays, many patients find that paying directly for primary care can actually save money. For one simple monthly fee, all primary care and sick visits, longer appointments, and direct communication with your doctor via phone, email, or text.
