Will my insurance cover my visit?

How long until I am seen?

We plan to be in-network with most PPO insurance plans and Medicare for primary medical care. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify your coverage and understand your out-of-pocket responsibilities.

For patients without insurance coverage, we are happy to offer discounted self-pay rates.

Please note: we charge a $200 annual membership fee to support services not covered by insurance.  This includes prescription refills between visits (when appropriate), access to urgent care appointments, and administrative costs related to insurance billing and  more.

If you have any questions about insurance, fees, or billing, please don’t hesitate to call our office—we’re happy to help.

In general, test results are available within one week, although some specialized tests may take longer. We recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment about two weeks after your sample has been collected.

If you have a time-sensitive concern, we will do our best to see you within 48 business hours. Please note that while we provide primary care services, we do not offer emergency care. For medical emergencies, please go to the emergency room. Office hours are by appointment only.
