DPC Membership
With a straightforward monthly fee, direct primary care provides convenient access to your physician when you need them. Primary care visits are included, with no insurance, deductibles, or co-pays involved.

We are in-network with Medicare and some PPO insurance plans. ***Please note that we will be transitioning to out-of-network status in 2027.***
Self Pay
For patients who prefer drop-in care, we offer self-pay rates. Contact our office to learn more about self-pay options.
