Tami Simard, D.O.
Tami Simard, D.O. is a board-certified family medicine physician through the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her residency at the Ventura County Medical Center–UCLA program and earned her medical degree from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. During medical school, she was one of only four students selected for the prestigious pre-doctoral fellowship in Osteopathic Manual Medicine, and regularly attends course through the Center for Traditional Osteopathy. Dr. Simard has continued to expand her expertise in Integrative and Functional Medicine through advanced fellowship training with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Before attending medical school, Dr. Simard completed her pre-medical studies, and earned a double major in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.

After completing her medical training, Dr. Simard moved to New Zealand to join her husband and spent three years practicing full spectrum primary care in a small community clinic. She returned to California in 2017 and has since focused on integrative family medicine, blending conventional care with holistic, lifestyle-based approaches.

Dr. Simard lives in Thousand Oaks with her husband, Marc, and their five sons. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, edible gardening, and watching her boys pick fruit from their backyard trees.
